Location and Building Features

The Residences of United HomeCare® is located adjacent to West Kendall Baptist Hospital at 9355 SW 158th Avenue in Miami-Dade County. The beautiful four-story residence was designed by one of the top architects in South Florida and is a safe, secure, state of the art building with ample natural light, modern amenities and comfortable communal living areas. It features 122 spacious studios and one-bedroom units all of them with galley kitchenettes and spacious ADA-compliant bathrooms.

In addition to the proximity to West Kendall Baptist Hospital, the nearby community offers a myriad of shopping, entertainment, and dining options. They are accessible to residents via The Residences’ own chauffeured transportation service.

Academic Affiliations

The Residences of United HomeCare® serves as a teaching assisted living residence for health care professionals to promote best practices. This is done through established academic affiliations with Florida International University, the University of Miami, Miami-Dade College and others.

Pricing at The Residences is all-inclusive and includes meals, housekeeping, daily activities, transportation and most importantly, 24-hour supervision and assistance provided by our staff of highly skilled nursing and health care professionals.
