Testimonials
I take care of both my parents and haven't had a day off in almost 4 years. The respite five hours a week is such a blessing. It gives me time to run errands and if I have time left over, I take myself out to lunch or go to a park and read a book. Those five hours are a gift of time that I never had.

United HomeCare Senior Executives meet with Miami-Dade County Mayor Carlos Gimenez
August 3, 2015United HealthCare senior executives Roberta D’Angola and Raul Mas joined Mayor Carlos Gimenez and other elder care organizations in a wide-ranging discussion of issues facing their organizations and the senior citizens they serve. Accompanied by Deputy Mayors Russell Benford, Ed Marquez and Senior Advocate Beatriz Jimenez, the group identified a number of areas where improvements and efficiencies could be made to better deliver services to the elderly, especially those who are at high risk because of a disease or poverty. The meeting was productive and all involved agreed to make it a regular occurrence. This will ensure better communication between the County and those community based organizations serving our aging population.
United HomeCare expresses its appreciation to Mayor Gimenez and his staff for their outreach and interest in our work.
